I am a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach and qualified Nutrition Advisor with a deep interest in behaviour change, nutrition, and preventative health.

I currently work within the Nutrition Customer Success Team at a GLP-1 medication health clinic, supporting patients on their weight management and wellbeing journeys.

As a former business owner, Sunday gym-goer, and lifelong endurance athlete, I bring a genuine understanding of the role that nutrition, lifestyle, and consistency play in long-term health outcomes.
